Community of Learning, Future Workforce Solution Transformation Programme

Further to our ‘Gearing up for change’ Workshop held in November 2024, you are invited to join us for our first Community of Learning (CoL) for the Future NHS Workforce Solution Transformation Programme in the East of England hosted by NHS England and NHSBSA. 

During the November workshop, we learnt that the East of England's organisations are at different phases of the action plan, across the four main areas: Transforming, Optimising, Improving data and Keeping Engaged.

As you move forward with this significant transformation programme, we expect that this CoL will facilitate the exchange of best practice in each area of the action plan, create a support structure that encourages collaboration across the region and will act as a central point to share skills and experience and to discuss issues, risks and barriers in relation to preparing for the Future NHS Workforce Solution.  

We anticipate that the CoL will meet quarterly with the content for this group being determined by the Community.   Themes arising from this community on the state of readiness will be shared with our East of England Transformation Steering Group on a regular basis.    

Technical ESR expertise will continue to be supplied by the ESR Regional NHSBSA service team through the existing channels.
