This is a 2 part webinar where we will have 2 different community trusts to talk about how they support people with a learning disability.
Part 1: Cambridgeshire
People with learning disabilities often face challenges accessing and using community healthcare services due to various barriers. This webinar will discuss actions that have been implemented to help reduce the barriers that are experienced by people with learning disabilities.

To showcase a number of both adult and children and young peoples Community services and their innovative ways of working to enable a positive impact on reducing health inequalities for the LD community.
Presentations to include how teams are working to reduce the risk and impact of constipation, STOMP and STAMP, creating social stories, delivering early intervention mental health support in the special schools and how a play therapist working in our phlebotomy service for CYP with LD/ND) is changing lives
