Nationally there is an awareness of the importance of supporting IAPT staff wellbeing. Compassion Circles can help to break down hierarchies within teams and organisations, and, at times, unhelpful boundaries between people. It is a way of giving teams and individuals the opportunity to connect, reflect, develop and move towards a more intentionally supportive and compassionate environment.

 

Compassion Circles training is available on:

 

     Wednesday 11th March – Stafford                        Monday 16th March - Leicester

     Thursday 12th March – Solihull (Birmingham)       Tuesday 17th March - Newark

Participants on the these reflective days will experience mindfulness tools and compassionate practices. The days will be facilitated by Andy Bradley, the designer of compassion circles. Who should attend

Service leads, High Intensity Therapists, Senior PWPs, PWPs with supervisory responsibilities and any PWP representatives nominated by their service.

There are only 20 places available please book venues that are convenient for you to travel to.
