Compassionate Cultures: Using Collective Leadership to Transform Cultures.
In this webinar, we will discuss how compassionate, collective leadership sits within the NHS landscape, and the benefits of demonstrating compassionate and collective leadership across a diverse range of organisations and why it should be an aspiration for all workplaces.
The impact gained from collective leadership can influence a range of areas, not limited to, but including:
- colleague retention
- colleague satisfaction
- an improved sense of wellbeing and belonging
- colleague engagement and inclusion
- patient satisfaction
The learning objectives for this session are:
- How does compassionate and collective leadership show up in our workplaces and systems?
- What can I, my team, my organisation, my system ‘do’ to make collective and compassionate leadership the norm; and build cultures to enable a better workplace experience which facilitates high quality patient care?
- Gain inspiration from the stories and experiences of others

There will be an opportunity to discuss, reflect and hear from colleagues across the country, sharing what they are doing within their own organisation/system; and how we can all contribute.
