Overview - Communicating courageously is not only about what we say but also about inviting others to contribute. It is about how we do the hard things in a human way. This session explores how to prepare for and navigate emotionally charged conversations, spot emotional triggers, and build a culture where difficult conversations can lead to growth and understanding.
