Creating a Culture of Kindness: Culture, Civility & Respect

Explore how the values of civility, kindness and respect can shape workplace culture. This session highlights their role in supporting the People Promise and creating environments where everyone feels valued.

Who should attend?
Anyone working in General Practice who wants to contribute to a positive workplace culture and improve staff experience, including, but not limited to, practice managers, workforce or retention leads.  This session may also be of benefit to those in wider roles across primary care.
