Demand and Capacity Workshop - London Region

NHS England is hosting a series of half day regional ‘demand and capacity’ workshops, along with two webinars aimed at general practices, federations and CCG leaders.  These events are intended to help primary care teams gain a better understanding of their current capacity (i.e. workforce) and how it is used in relation to the service demands it manages locally.

Participants will have an opportunity to learn about different activities, concepts and improvement tools, which can help improve the way they manage their capacity and plan better for future demand.
