The Demand and Capacity Programme are hosting a series of webinars over the summer to share good practice on demand and capacity planning for the Covid-19 pandemic looking at the recovery phase and beyond.

There are a lot of challenges facing providers as they re-open elective services, and a lot of questions around how we model capacity and plan to ensure the safety of our patients accessing these services in the coming weeks, month and years.

The twelfth and last in this series of webinars will be hosted by Fiona Rotherham, Interim Group Director of Operations and Gurj Dulai, Information Analyst at Sandwell and West Birmingham Hospitals NHS Trust. Fiona and Gurj will illustrate their journey of demand and capacity and recovering services after Covid-19 in their radiology services in their trust and outline their work to reduce waiting list times and their approach to demand and capacity planning.

This webinar will also be repeated on the 28th August 2020 at 11am. To register please follow: https://www.events.england.nhs.uk/events/demand-capacity-covid19-recovery-a-journey-of-a-radiology-service
