Demand & Capacity Covid19 Recovery: Restoring elective care services

The Demand and Capacity Programme will be hosting a series of webinars over the summer to share good practice on demand and capacity planning for the COVID-19 pandemic looking at the recovery phase and beyond. 

There are a lot of challenges facing providers as they re-open elective services, and a lot of questions around how we model capacity and plan to ensure the safety of our patients accessing these services in the coming weeks, month and years.

The fourth in this series of webinars will be looking at the demand and capacity core model through the lens of COVID-19 as well as approaches to restoring elective care services. The session will be co-hosted with the Demand and Capacity Team and guest host Ricky McCullough, Improvement Manager in the Elective Care Intensive Support Team which is part of NHS England and Improvement.
