The Demand and Capacity Programme are hosting a series of webinars over the summer to share good practice on demand and capacity planning for the Covid-19 pandemic looking at the recovery phase and beyond. 

There are a lot of challenges facing providers as they re-open elective services, and a lot of questions around how we model capacity and plan to ensure the safety of our patients accessing these services in the coming weeks, month and years.

The eleventh in this series of webinars will be panel Q&A session hosted by Joe Blunden, Director of Communications and Engagement at NHS Elect. The panel will be comprised of members of the Demand and Capacity Programme team who will answer questions and share their advice for approaching demand and capacity modelling in the context of the post Covid-19 recovery phase. There will be an opportunity to ask the team questions and hear from peers undertaking demand and capacity planning across the country in the NHS.
