Against the backdrop of soaring prices for food, energy and fuel, social prescribing support and services are increasingly in demand.  Supporting people and local communities to navigate these challenging times, continues to be a priority for social prescribing link workers.  This webinar will focus on sharing a range of tools and resources, to support you in your role. 

Jointly delivered with colleagues from the National Academy for Social Prescribing (NASP) and co-produced with our speakers, we encourage you to share this event across your social prescribing network.

Learning Objectives:

  • To learn about the resources and tools available to build your knowledge around issues relating to money and financial issues. 
  • How to maximise the help available.  
  • Support for navigating the conversation and provide up to date advice and guidance. 

Our speakers include:

Debbie Nolan: Citizen’s Advice Bureau (CAB), who will talk about enhanced social prescribing in Liverpool.

Sarah Murphy: Senior Strategy Lead, at the Money & Pensions Service, who will be talking about the tools and resources to help link workers in their role supporting people and local communities.

Ed Rosen:  Director,  Lambeth GP Food Co-op.

Dan Hopewell Director of Knowledge and Innovation, London Region Social Prescribing , talking about the work of the Bromley By Bow, legal welfare link workers

Lindsey Donoghue : Partnerships Director: who are involved through their networks creating 1000 places of Warm Welcome
