There is a mandatory ISN stating that all services must be capturing data and applying reasonable adjustments for their patients/clients.  Tracey and Paula will share information on Reasonable Adjustment Digital Flag in the region including some of the regional initiatives happening, alongside a supplier update, as well as answering any questions related to the Reasonable Adjustment Digital Flag.
