The eTriage tool used by West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is a clinician-developed digital check-in and prioritization system utilized in Emergency Departments (A&E) and Urgent Treatment Centres. Developed by eConsult, the platform replaces traditional check-in lines with a bank of digital tablets or kiosks, automatically prioritizing patients based on clinical need rather than arrival time.
