Digital Primary Care: Care Homes update

The Digital Primary Care Team at NHSX are delivering a series of webinars detailing the different digital and transformational programmes being rolled out across the NHS during COVID-19 and beyond. 

This webinar will look at digital transformation work going on in care homes, including: 

Proxy Access in care homes and virtual check'ins with care homes. We will also point out where care homes can get support with digital projects. 

The webinar will be delivered by Alison Taylor RN - Digital Transformation Manager and Dr Matt Hoghton, GP and Digital Clinical Champion.
