Authorised travel bookers from NHS England, NHS Improvement, North of England Commissioning Support, NEL CSU, Arden Gem CSU, SCW CSU, Midlands and Lancashire CSU. 


Overview

As part of the roll out of the new DigiTS portal for travel and events bookings, there is an opportunity for authorised bookers to attend an overview training to cover the DigiTS portal, travel policy and booking process and events policy and booking process. The key topics are:

  • Logging into DigiTS and accessing the CTM (Redfern) and Calder conferences booking systems
  • Travel policy limits and cap rates
  • Travel booking process
  • Events policy - the new policy going live from 27th February 2019
  • Events booking process
