This Respiratory Education Day is aimed at healthcare professionals working across the Midlands region who provide respiratory care or are responsible for commissioning respiratory services. The aim of the day is to enhance understanding, help improve clinical practice and to hear examples of good practice from colleagues across the region.

Key topics covered include:

• Implementing the BTS/SIGN/NICE Asthma Guidelines
• Asthma in children and young people
• Health inequalities - A disease of poverty
• Pulmonary Rehabilitation accreditation - What's the benefit for patients?
• Chronic breathlessness
