Digital Transformation in Urgent and Emergency Care Conference 2019

Following the success of the Digital Urgent and Emergency Care Conference in 2018, the event is returning on Tuesday 14^th May 2019 in Central London.

This free conference will bring together an audience of CIO/CCIOs, commissioners, clinicians, technology suppliers and other stakeholders involved in the delivery and transformation of urgent and emergency care. The focus of this event is digital transformation and the practical steps that can be taken to deliver change in alignment with the Long Term Plan. 

Hear from innovators across the NHS and beyond - in a series of keynotes and panels. This is an exciting opportunity to find out what's coming, contribute to what local areas can do to make the digital vision a reality and share successes, failures and lessons learnt.

• User experience - Building world class digital systems to transform the NHS for patients and staff- how we are building a world class digital infrastructure to make both staff and patients’ lives easier and meet both sets of needs.
• Building a DUEC ecosystem - Working collaboratively across organisations to embrace innovation- explore how NHS England works closely with patient groups and industry, to enable the NHS to embrace innovation and new health technologies that offer the best value for the NHS.
• Technologies in the future - Taking a ‘tomorrow’s world’ view of where new technology is taking UEC- what it may look like in 10, 20 or 30 years. From machine learning to big data and precision healthcare, we will look at innovations that are imminent, as well as make predictions for the future.
