User Involvement in delivering the NHS Diabetes Programme - Webinar

Diabetes UK are supporting the NHS Diabetes Programme with User Involvement. They will be running a one hour webinar on User Involvement on 3 October 2018 from 12:30-13:30. We’ll be asking “Why should we involve service users in improvement and how can we do it well?” which will be applicable in the delivery of the Healthier You: NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme and beyond.

The one hour session will cover:

• An introduction to user involvement and some of the key principles
• Discussion of some of the methods and ideas for effective user involvement
• Sharing some case studies and examples of where user involvement has had real impact

You will also have the opportunity to post some questions or share any challenges or issues that you have.
