e-RS SPoA Webinar

NHS England is working towards the implementation of a Single Point of Access (SPoA) model. As part of their operational readiness for the SPoA model, organisations will need to review their current Directory of Services (DoS) and make preparatory changes for their 10 prioritised specialties.

These webinars will provide an overview of:

• How e-RS functionality will support elective SPoA pathways
• Considerations for primary care and other providers
