East of England Community Mental Health Transformation Learning Event

An event for the two East of England Community Mental Health Transformation early implementer sites; Herts & West Essex and Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. 

The purpose of the event is to share successes and challenges around key topics, including (TBC):

• Recruitment challenges/strategies – including  PCMH Training
• Development of the 4WWT standard
• Clinical systems/data – including clinical governance
• Linking with PCNs

The focus of the event will be to share best practice between the two sites, with input from the national and regional mental health team and examples from other areas, to find solutions to common implementation challenges.

Lunch and Registration will be available from 12.30pm, with the event starting promptly at 1pm.
