You're invited to East of England - NHS App Refresher Training

Recent research has demonstrated that many practice and PCN staff have not yet received dedicated training on the NHS App and therefore may not be aware of the full array of features available through the App and the support & resources available to embed its use within the practices and promote it.

This workshop will cover what the NHS App is and the benefits of using it, NHS App features including a dashboard demonstration, future and planned developments, Basic technical help to address common areas of confusion, as well as local case studies showing how the NHS App has been promoted and resources available to support NHS App usage in the region.

The session will be interactive with

• a mix of main presenters, guest speakers, case studies
• audience interaction through polls, quizzes, and breakout discussion
• live demonstrations and hands-on training
• regional networking opportunities for shared learning

Practices & PCNs: reception & administration staff; digital & transformation leads; wellbeing leads

ICBs: GP IT/Digital leads; NHS App uptake commissioning, project & programme leads
