East of England Personal Health Budgets Network

This is a peer support network for people working in the east of England to deliver personal health budgets really well for local people.

The agenda will be flexed to meet the needs of delegates but will be interactive and allow plenty of time for networking.

This network workshop will focus on the period of transition for people moving from children and young peoples services to adult services.  We will hear from NHS England on the framework and the expectations, and from CCGs about their local experience.

People who work in adult and/or childrens services are invited to this workshop.
