East of England Physical Health & Serious Mental Illness Event

Further to the wonderful attendance at the half day PH/SMI event on 26 September 2018 this is to advise that the next meeting of the East of England PH/SMI network will be held on Monday 4 February 2019 from 10am-4pm  at the Hallmark Hotel, Bar Hill, Cambridge CB23 8EU.

This will be a whole day event dedicated to PH/SMI and will have have a particular focus on the following topics:

• The national leads will be attending to provide further details of the additional  domains to be included within the Physical Health checks and reported on in 2019/20. This will include discussion on the updated technical guidance and the opportunity to ask questions.
• There will also be a section looking at areas where good integration with primary care has been established.
• There will be dedicated time for STP roundtable discussion to address key challenges and share successes.

Apologies for the short notice of this the date was moved following a clash with another stakeholder event.

Dates for the PH/SMI events for the remainder of the year will be circulated shortly so that these can be put into diaries in advance
