Education Upskilling EXPO

Objective 
To improve staff understanding of the upskilling pathways, development resources, and support available across the stages of the AHP Educator Career Framework, enabling educators to make informed decisions about their professional growth. 

Outcomes 

• Increased awareness of the development opportunities aligned to the AHP Educator Career Framework. 
• Clearer understanding among educators of the competencies and expectations at each level of the framework. 
• Greater engagement with available upskilling programmes and resources. 
• Improved confidence among educators in planning and progressing their career development.
