Engagement and Communications Event

Effective communications and engagement will be mission critical as sustainability and transformation partnerships move towards becoming integrated care systems over the next two years, as detailed in the system maturity matrix. To support STP communications and engagement leads and the wider leadership community with the task ahead we have begun a project which aims to explore the role communications and engagement plays in system and partnership working. The intention is to highlight practical insights, key considerations, tried-and-true examples and best practice to build a picture of ‘what good looks like’. Our next event for STP and ICS comms leads will be your opportunity to help us test the findings and recommendations. Topics will include public engagement, staff engagement, political engagement and the future skills and behaviours needed to deliver comms and engagement at a system level.
