EoE Diabetes Network - Secondary Care Forum

Dear Colleagues,

The EoE Diabetes Clinical Network is planning an exciting one-day F2F meeting for clinicians and service managers to come together to discuss issues related to delivering secondary care services in what is a rapidly changing landscape particularly related to new technologies both in outpatient and inpatient settings.

Although the agenda has not been finalised, we would like you to have advance notice of the meeting, the morning consists of invited talks and the afternoon we will break out into workshop groups to discuss implementation of service changes.
