- Storytelling Research; The output from this second piece of research is the development of a storytelling toolkit ready for use and further testing in practice. This evidence-based framework is aimed at supporting leaders and organisations within health and social care, research and academia in their endeavours to build infrastructures that support robust storytelling programmes and storytelling practices.
- Observe and Act; is a volunteer led approach aimed at examining a person’s total experience of a service from the service user/ carer perspective, learning from it, sharing better practice to affect further change in other parts of the organisation and empowering the local area to act to make improvements where necessary. The latest addition to the Observe and Act key lines of enquiry is one that is focussed on equality and diversity.
- National Primary Care Access Cards; information will be provided about the launch of the national access card, and the associated engagement and communication plan supporting the circulation.
- Legal Duties; Equalities , Inclusion Health, Health Inequalities: Our Duties - what is required by law?
During the celebratory two-course lunch , you will have further opportunities to network and make further connections.
After lunch we will be discussing how networks could assist organisations and systems with delivering the ambitions as set out in the NHS Long Term Plan.
