This 60-minute webinar is for those working in provider and commissioning organisations and those with operational input in Outpatients. Transformation programmes are well underway across the country. By its nature and to be sustainable, transformation takes time and will reap significant benefits, but extra capacity is urgently needed now. This session provides a focus on how to maximise existing resources to ensure capacity is optimised as well as tips for excellence in the basics.
