Excellence in Care Masterclass

This masterclass will showcase how excellence in care can improve staff experiences, and culture, aligned to the nursing and midwifery retention self-assessment tool. Speakers will include Jane Robinson, Lead – Nursing led clinical improvement programmes and Patient Safety and Improvement Team & Emily Lambert, Lead Nurse- Pathway to Excellence, from Northampton General Hospital.

The session will showcase good practice, valuable knowledge and research to engage with staff and those managing nursing and midwifery staff groups. We want to help support and provide examples of the positive impact improved quality of service has on retention.

Please note this masterclass is aimed for Nursing & Midwifery staff
