Flexible working improvements through the optimisation of (e-)rostering practices

Following on from recent communications regarding support for improvements in flexible working through the optimisation of rostering, we are delighted to invite you to a national event, to join NHSE rostering and flexible working leads along with colleagues from across the country, working within the 23 People Promise exemplar organisations and also related ICB leads.

The event will take place at Mary Ward House in central London on Tuesday 28^th March. The agenda is to be finalised but will start no earlier than 10am and finish by 4pm to allow time for colleagues travelling into London.

This is a free, all day, in person, event aimed at staff within People Promise exemplar sites and their associated systems who are responsible for implementing e-rostering and for flexible working improvements. This might include clinical, operational, managerial, HR, IT and project team members.

The event will provide further in depth support to advance your organisation’s usage and optimisation of e-rostering and improve flexible working opportunities locally. The day promises to be engaging and interactive, with lots of opportunity to network with others across the country, consider best practice from providers through case study presentations, as well as to learn from subject matter experts.
