Drop-in session: Specialist Advice Cost Ratio Tool for ICBs

This is an informal (virtual) drop-in session for ICB leads to support local use of the Specialist Advice Cost Ratio Tool for ICBs. Our aim of this session is to provide guidance on inputs needed for local use, help with troubleshooting and any queries relating to completion of the ICB Specialist Advice Cost Ratio Tool and survey.

The Specialist Advice Cost Ratio Tool is a cost comparison model to help integrated care systems to better understand the financial impact of specialist advice activity across referral pathways and to inform commissioning and delivery of high quality Advice and Guidance (A&G) services. The novel tool has been developed as part of an independent national evaluation of specialist advice commissioned from North of England Care System Support (NECS).
