Join us for an insightful learning session that highlights the powerful role Freedom to Speak Up (FTSU) plays in strengthening retention and fostering a culture of psychological safety.

As part of our People Promise learning series, this session offers practical advice, tools, and real-world examples to support you and your teams in creating inclusive, supportive workplace environments.

We’ll explore the journey of implementing FTSU in General Practice, sharing lessons learned, key developments, and lived experiences from those who have spoken up.
