Lancashire & South Cumbria General Practice Nurse & Healthcare Assistant Conference & Award Ceremony

We would like to invite you to the Conference & Award Ceremony where we aim to provide educational workshops, celebrate, share best practice and recognise implementation of the GPN 10 Point Plan.

You are invited to submit award nominations in the following categories;

• Delivering high quality patient care
• Use of digital innovation that has supported improved outcomes and practice
• Partnership working
• Delivering compassionate care
• Supporting patients and carers

Posters are invited from one of the following categories; 

• How have you improved Patient Safety
• How have you improved Patient Experience
• How have you developed and embedded innovation

Please send all award and poster submissions by 31st October 2018 to england.lancashire-incidents@nhs.net 

Please ensure you select your preferred educational session from each of the three hourly workshops.
