General Practice Transformation Champions Event

The General Practice Transformation Champions is a one day conference to inspire and inform anyone involved in leading improvement and transformation in general practice in the NHS. A packed programme includes practicalities of using the 10 High Impact Actions, and leadership sessions from the frontline of transformation. This event is fully funded by the General Practice Forward View.
