GIRFT webinar: Taking action to accelerate outpatient improvement

Hosted by Professor Tim Briggs, NHS England National Director for Clinical Improvement and Elective Recovery, this webinar will discuss how best your trust can face the challenge of projected significant rise in outpatient activity, by adopting the GIRFT follow-up protocols and standardised clinic templates.

We will present how to support implementation, address common challenges, discuss enablers of success, and hear from clinical leads at early adopter sites about their learning.  We will also hear practical examples from trusts applying these protocols retrospectively to help tackle existing follow-up backlogs.
