Introduction and objectives

This will be an open interactive forum.  The aim of the day is to forge strong partnership relations, starting to co-design, shape, and mould, create and develop an innovative model of care.  Developing ongoing training and educational platforms for all employees within a care home setting.  Also, enhancing the lived experience of all individuals who reside there.

The day will focus on how we can utilise the vast skillset and knowledge within this venue to add value to the workstreams, to enable the programme to be developed and co-designed.
