GMHSCP ¦ Greater Manchester Workforce Collaborative ¦ The Offer

This event is a valuable opportunity to advance your understanding of the GM Workforce Strategy, the offer of the Collaborative, and your role as a stakeholder.  The agenda will feature presentations from:

• Andrew Foster, Chair of the GM Strategic Workforce Board and Chief Executive, Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh NHS Foundation Trust
• Carolyn Wilkins, OBE, Chief Executive, Oldham Council
• Janet Wilkinson, Director of Workforce, GM Health and Social Care Partnership

There will be a number of workshops covering the four strategic workforce priorities identified in the strategy; ‘Talent development and system leadership’, ‘Grow our own’, ‘Employment offer and brand’ and ‘Filling difficult gaps.'  The event will also provide an opportunity to build links and share best practice with colleagues across the system and a lunch will be provided.

Places are limited, however if you are unable to attend we would be grateful if you could appoint a deputy or colleague to attend in your place.
