From Improvement Vision to Patient Impact - A Go See visit exploring how MFT is embedding improvement through real clinical practice, shared learning and frontline leadership.
What does improvement look like when it becomes part of everyday work? Join Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust for a Go See visit to Wythenshawe Hospital, exploring how we're embedding improvement thinking into everyday practice. Through conversations with our teams, Gemba walks and shared learning, you'll gain insight into how we're building a culture of continuous improvement across MFT.
The day will include a visit to the Nightingale Centre, where you'll see how a sustained focus on improvement has helped shape real change in our breast cancer pathways. Come and see our approach to improvement that has created one of the country's leading Breast Cancer Pathways; consistently delivering above 90% for our breast cancer case NHS faster diagnostic pathways and above 80% for our 62-day treatment standard - delivering better care, experience and outcomes for patients. Meet the people behind the work, understand the thinking that underpins it and discover practical approaches that have improved care, patient experience and outcomes.
Join us in September to share, learn, and celebrate improvement for our patients.
