Greener by Design Showcase

The Greener Digital Programme sits within TSAS and is empowering the NHS to run low-carbon, climate-resilient digital health systems. During quarters three and four, last financial year, we collaborated with four ICB organisations to lead the charge with Greener by Design: an ambitious initiative to embed climate-friendly practices across every facet of digital health, launching officially in 2026/2027,

To learn more about our ambition, understand the impact across programmes and how you can both adapt and consider your work to be a part of the change, please join our Show and Tell. You’ll hear directly from the four ICBs and various technical experts on the progress made so far. Their workstreams focussed on four key areas:-

• Carbon Footprinting
• Greener Digital Assurance Toolkit
• Climate Risk Management
• Supply Chain

Our work for the next year will be to develop these foundations further, drive meaningful change, and become a truly cross-cutting function, leading change in sustainable healthcare technology. Join us as we share our vision to empower the NHS to run low-carbon, climate-resilient digital health systems with minimal burden, making changes within everyday work.
