Growing Occupational Health and Wellbeing – National Learning Session

Join us for this national learning session focused on how systems and organisations are turning the Growing Occupational Health and Wellbeing Together strategy into practical, measurable impact.

This session will bring together national policy context, research insights, and real examples from across the NHS to explore what is making a difference on the ground and what leaders and wellbeing teams should be prioritising next.

You will hear:

  • An update on how occupational health and wellbeing features in the NHS 10‑Year Health Plan, and what this means for systems and organisations
  • Practical case studies demonstrating how organisations are improving access, reducing absence, and evidencing return on investment
  • A facilitated panel discussion focused on moving from strategy to action, drawing on live questions and shared challenges

Who should attend

This session is particularly relevant for: Health and wellbeing leads and teams, occupational health professionals, HR, OD and People colleagues, ICS and system workforce leads, and senior leaders with responsibility for workforce strategy, wellbeing, and productivity.

The session will be interactive, reflective, and focused on practical takeaways that colleagues can apply within their own context.

We look forward to you joining us.
