HCSW & Maternity Workforce Programme: Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Webinar

Do you want to know how you can address equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) in your workforce? Are you interested in hearing about good practice being undertaken in this space?

The HCSW Programme and the Maternity Workforce Programme are co-hosting a webinar on behalf of NHS England’s Nursing Directorate, with a focus on EDI. We are keen to highlight the importance of this topic, and that EDI should be embedded within every role the NHS offers. We want to showcase good practice, and share examples which can be taken back and applied to your area of work.

The webinar will take place on Wednesday 31^st May, 11:00am to 12:00pm, via Microsoft teams, and will be chaired by Carolyn Fox, Strategic Nurse Advisor. Carolyn will be joined by speakers from NHS England, regional colleagues, and trust speakers who will provide insight from both a Maternity and Support Worker perspective.

This event is aimed at everyone within your organisation involved in the recruitment, management, development, education and retention of the workforce, alongside those specifically responsible for the equality, diversity and inclusion of your workforce.

We ask that you please register above by 3pm on Tuesday 30^th May 2023. Once registration has closed, we will then send an outlook invitation to the event to all registered attendees.
