About these webinars
Emerging data shows that the COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the mental health of frontline staff as they work tirelessly to meet the increased demand on their services. Our webinars will advise what more leaders and managers can do to support colleagues with their mental health and wellbeing, and discuss the resources available to all health and social care workers. These resources are part of the national wellbeing support offer, including apps, online support and helplines. We will also share examples of how mental health services are responding to levels of need in the local workforce.
Each webinar will include speakers from the national mental health team, including Prof. Tim Kendall, National Clinical Director for Mental Health, and Emma Wadey, Head of Mental Health Nursing, as well as Prof. Em Wilkinson-Brice, Deputy Chief People Officer. There will also include case study speakers from each of the five areas.
