How GIRFT can support you to drive improvement in rheumatology services

The Getting It Right First Time (GIRFT) programme is a national NHS England programme designed to improve the treatment and care of patients through in-depth review of services, benchmarking, and presenting a data-driven evidence base to support change.

The GIRFT programme combines wide-ranging data analysis with the input and professional knowledge of senior clinicians to examine how things are currently being done in a specialty and how they could be improved.

The webinar – aimed predominently at registrars/resident doctors – will outline the GIRFT rheumatology methodology and the findings of our 2021 national specialty report, the aims of the GIRFT Further Faster programme in rheumatology, and how to find and use GIRFT metrics for your service using the Model Health System.  There will also be an opportunity to hear about GIRFT’s new paediatric rheumatology workstream.

For more information about GIRFT, please visit our website.

The joining link will be sent to you by separate email nearer the event date.
