How To Improve the Hospital Cancellation Process

A webinar led by the Elective Care Improvement Support team discussing how to launch or re-launch an effective clinic cancellation process. The session will cover how to create an effective process allowing organisation to re-use spare clinic room capacity as well as minimising late notice cancellations which create large impacts of administrative and clinical outpatient staff.
