Improving health outcomes for global majority communities

Sharing our approach to improve understanding of the health and social care experiences, perceptions and barriers form he perspective of ethnically diverse communities including how we are using our findings to improve quality of services, experiences and population health outcomes.

Adefunke Eriolu is passionate about and committed to delivering outcomes relevant to the needs of a changing population with emphasis on enabling improved health outcomes, quality care and coproduction across diverse settings for diverse population groups. She a keen interest in reducing health inequalities experienced by marginalised communities and has successfully influenced practice in the county of Hertfordshire, the East of England and nationally. She currently works as a Senior Commissioning Manager in Hertfordshire. Adefunke is involved in community mentoring projects and has a keen interest in creative arts.
