The South West Health and Wellbeing Network are hosting a Lunch and Learn style webinar including presentations from the Adult Learning Disability Health Service (ALDHS) Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG)/Sirona Care & Health and the British Society of Audiology.
Presenters will be Emily Richardson, Clinical Project Officer and Siobhan Brennan, Audiology Lecturer at the University of Manchester, Lead Clinical Scientist (Audiology) at Sheffield Teaching Hospital.
- A pilot project to improve advanced care planning for people with a learning disability, using an art-based approach
