This webinar is for anyone with an interest in learning more about their insight and work on patient experience specifically in relation to the National Cancer Patient Experience Survey.

Led by Nicky Lambert (Clinical Lead for Nursing at NCA) and Jayne Herring (Engagement and Involvement Lead at NCA), the session will provide an overview of the Alliance's work reflecting on the recent positive results from The National Cancer Patient Experience Survey 2024.

The team will look at how they work with providers to promote transparency. Highlighting the ways that the team use data-driven improvement processes to turn insights gained from patients and carers into actions to support change.

The team will also be reflecting on the future of their work to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
