As a follow- up to lessons identified through joint workshops undertaken with the local NHS and Social Care last Autumn a series of workshops are now being held in each of the STP/ICS locations to continue to develop and maintain integrated continuity plans across health and social care systems.
The target audience is home care and care home providers, local authorities, CCGs, Ambulance Trusts, Acute and Mental Health providers.
Facilitated by Sally Bell, Senior Operational Lead and Gil Ramsden, Care Sector Lead the objectives of these workshops are to:
- Facilitate networking and learning opportunities so delegates are able to identify the strengths and weaknesses of their business continuity plans
- Enhance interoperability of their business continuity plans
Delegates are asked to bring their continuity plans with them to refer to during the workshop
