CPFT present their newly redesigned neurodevelopmental service.  Due to high numbers of referrals for suspected ASD/ADHD, but low diagnosis rates and lengthy waits, CPFT redesigned their pathway, including coordinated multiagency Early Help prior to formal assessment, standardised assessments including Qb Test and post-diagnosis family training. This has resulted in shorter waiting times, more appropriate use of formal assessments/diagnosis, and increased satisfaction.  Hear about how they did it, the challenges and  the learning, and the results they’ve seen so far.
