Intermediate Care Front Runners National Learning Webinar

This webinar is an opportunity to hear from Jenny Keane,  National Director for Intermediate Care and Rehabilitation, and the Front Runner pilot sites which will share their emergent learning on developing and implementing a new Community Recovery Service for Intermediate Care.

The event will:-

• Bring together the 3 Intermediate Care Frontrunners to share their experiences and thoughts on their pilot progress.
• Provide intelligence on their early learning in preparation for national rollout.
• Provide a space for joint learning through a Q&A panel.

Attendees will hear how the pilots are making long-term improvements in the processes and relationships across sectors, working towards improved care for patients, and reduction in delayed discharge.  

The audience for this event is ICB leads , regions ,systems and providers
